Returns & Exchanges
At River Birch Court, we believe in thoughtful purchasing and mindful production. Each piece is made in small quantities, with care given to materials, process, and longevity. For this reason, and to minimize waste, all sales are final.
We do not offer returns or exchanges. We encourage customers to review product descriptions, measurements, and details carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about sizing or fit, please contact us at contact@riverbirchcourt.com prior to placing your order — we’re happy to assist.
Please note that variations in natural dyes are inherent to the process and may shift or fade over time. These qualities are part of the material’s character and are not considered defects. Made-to-order pieces are final sale, as they are individually crafted for each order.
Shipping
All orders Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout and include tracking. River Birch Court is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
